1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, intimate apparel (like bras and underwear) must be unworn. Items that show signs of wear, scents (perfume/detergent), or marks will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple. Please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at aurachi.us@gmail.com.
- Provide your Order Number and a brief description/photo of the reason for the return.
- Once approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address for our U.S. warehouse.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal).
- You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective item or need a different size, we are happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us at aurachi.us@gmail.com within the 30-day window, and we will guide you through the exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit.
6. Shipping Costs
- Defective Items: If the item is damaged or the wrong product was sent, Aurachi will cover all shipping costs for the return.
- Change of Mind/Size: For standard returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse, we cannot cancel it, and it must go through the standard return process.
